Brink sells custom-designed gaming mousepads. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

•       The information you provide is accurate and complete

•       You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing or stock errors.

 

Shipping

Brink ships to the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch from our facility. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

•       Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

•       Proof of purchase is required

•       You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

 

To initiate a return, please contact us via our store contact page or by emailing brink.mousepads@gmail.com, before sending any items back. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom or personalised orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All designs, graphics, and content on the Brink store are the property of Brink unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without express written permission.

By purchasing a product, you receive a licence to use the physical item only. No intellectual property rights are transferred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
