Return & Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to love your mousepad. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation provided by our shipping carrier.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
• Returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date
• In original, unused condition — free of dirt, stains, odors, or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• In its original packaging, with all included accessories and inserts
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after the 10-day delivery window
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us: Email our support team at brink.mousepad@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2 — Receive Authorisation: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 5 business days.
Step 3 — Ship Your Item: Securely package your mousepad and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship within 5 days of receiving your RMA.
Step 4 — Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mousepad arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at brink.mousepads@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Restocking Fee
All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will take 10% of the values of the items ordered, which will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
