UK & European Deliveries

Overview
We are a UK-based mousepad company committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This policy sets out our shipping methods, pricing, and estimated delivery times for orders within the United Kingdom and across Europe. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from our UK base, and we aim to process and ship every order within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
UK Shipping
We offer three shipping options for all mainland UK orders. All services include end-to-end tracking and photo confirmation of delivery as standard.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders with a product total of £30 or more. For orders below this threshold, Standard Tracked 48® is charged at £3.99.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 4 working days. Orders placed on weekends and on Bank Holidays, will be dispatched within the first 4 working days after the order was placed. You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Remote UK Locations
Delivery to certain remote or island postcodes — including the Scottish Highlands (AB, FK, KW, PH, IV), Northern Ireland (BT), and the Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), and the Isles of Scilly (TR21–25) — may take an additional 1–2 working days beyond the standard delivery aim. Royal Mail does not guarantee next-day delivery to these areas even on their Tracked 24® service.
European Shipping
We ship to most European countries via Royal Mail's international services. Due to the UK's departure from the European Union, all EU orders are now subject to customs procedures. The table below outlines our available European shipping options.

Prices are based on Royal Mail's standard retail rates for small parcels (up to 2 kg), which is the standard weight for a single mousepad order. Orders over the 2kg limit may be subject to a higher shipping rate; any additional charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken. All European shipping prices listed are starting prices and may vary slightly based on the destination country and final parcel weight.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Since the UK left the EU, orders sent to EU member states are treated as international exports. This means that import duties, VAT, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. These charges are levied by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering, as charges vary by country. We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on all customs documentation and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.
European Delivery Times
European delivery estimates are guidelines only and can be affected by customs clearance delays, public holidays, or local postal service conditions in the destination country. Tracked services provide the best visibility and are strongly recommended for higher-value orders. International Standard is available for budget-conscious customers but does not include full end-to-end tracking.
Countries We Currently Ship To
We currently ship to all mainland European countries, including all EU member states as well as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. We do not currently offer shipping to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Tracking
All orders shipped via a tracked service will receive an automated dispatch email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item or through the Royal Mail app. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to appear on the Royal Mail system.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
UK Orders
If your UK parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 10 working days for Tracked 24® and Tracked 48® services. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or partial refund.
• Tracked 48® and Tracked 24® include compensation cover up to £75 per item.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® includes compensation cover up to £750 as standard.
European Orders
For European orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window plus an additional 5 working days before reporting a parcel as missing. International shipments can be delayed by customs and local postal services. Once we raise an investigation, it typically takes 4–6 weeks for Royal Mail to complete their international inquiry process.
• Royal Mail International Tracked® and International Tracked & Signed® both include compensation cover up to £50. Enhanced cover of up to £250 is available at an additional cost of £2.50 per parcel — please contact us before ordering if you would like this added.
• Royal Mail International Standard includes basic compensation up to £20 only. We therefore recommend Tracked services for all European orders.
Returns & Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout, an unsuccessful delivery where the customer did not collect from their local depot, or a refused delivery by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer at the standard shipping rate for your region. Refunds on returned parcels will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged to us by Royal Mail.
